“We’re behind on the launch. What’s the blocker, and what do you need from us?”
Your rough answer
The data isn’t ready yet and I’m still waiting on the other team. I’ll try to finish it.
Your confident answer
The blocker is data access from the other team. If I receive it by 2 p.m., I can finish the analysis today. Would you like me to escalate?
The meeting keeps moving while you are still translating. FluentAtWork helps you catch up, shape your point, and say it before the moment passes.

Manager
What’s the main blocker, and what do you need from us?
You
So basically, I think we’re working on it. It’s a bit complicated right now.
Name the blocker clearly, then say what help you need.
You · after coaching
The blocker is data access from the next team. I need that by Thursday to stay on track.
I built FluentAtWork because I know what it feels like to miss your moment.
I had useful ideas, but fast English conversations moved on before I could shape the right words. I understood the work. I just could not always show it in the moment.
FluentAtWork is the coach I wish I had: a place to practice the exact moments that matter, find a clearer answer, and walk into the next conversation ready to use it.
Join the private beta and be among the first to turn one difficult workplace moment into an answer you are ready to say.
Step 1 of 2
FluentAtWork is designed first for immigrant and international professionals who already use English but struggle to follow fast workplace conversations or express their ideas clearly under pressure.
Beta members complete a short workplace speaking assessment, receive a matched practice situation, improve one real answer, repeat it aloud, and save the before-and-after result.
The planned free experience includes the four-minute assessment and one complete First Win before FluentAtWork asks you to consider a paid plan.
FluentAtWork explains what is recorded before an assessment begins. Account settings include controls for deleting your account and stored learning data. The full policy is available from the Privacy link below.
Joining the beta list requires no payment or card. If paid access is offered later, the price, trial terms, and renewal date will be shown clearly before you agree to anything.
Invitations are sent in small groups as voice-coaching capacity becomes available. Joining confirms your place on the list, but it does not guarantee a specific invitation date.
